Ahhhh there is no place like home. It was perfect, spending the holidays with my Pinoy and Dutch family! My mother-in-law loved the lechon (minus the skin of course).
Winter this year is such a drag. Even my daughter told me "mom I want to go back and live in the Philippines. nice and warm". I can't blame her.
